Detailed Problem Description
1. In SA170 report parameters, select the currency to GBP and press apply.
2. The grouping is the default one.
3. When selecting a country such as United Kingdom in the group tree, the result obtained on the right goes to Andorra (which is the first country of the group tree).

Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to test the issue at our end, if it is working fine then we thought it will be either VTS or browser based issue for the users.
2. Sometimes if the users doesn't have rights on that country, then it will try to avoid empty groups and will display first one for that group. So we will check with the users and try with different countries which they have rights on those countries.
3. Need to check what is the internet browser version they were using due to browser issues.
Resolution
Provide sufficient rights to the user ID's and check the report with those User ID's.
